I absolutely cannot say enough great things about my family's experience with Brianne! My husband and I were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge of the process, and we had not had much luck house-hunting on our own. Brianne is an absolute gem in the real estate world. She is caring and kind, while also being laser focused and aggressive when needed. She has the unique ability to be a calming force, while also "keeping it real" with you, and letting you know when and why things need to be done a particular way. She was assisting a buyer with a home purchase. The buyer was nervous about an apartment complex coming up across the street. Brianne went the extra mile to get the blueprints for the apartments, and review them with the buyers. After review, the buyers felt comfortable moving forward. This is the type of extra attention Brianne pays to every transaction. I mean it when I say, Brianne cares, and you feel it every step of the way.
