Buying a home in the current market in Columbus is not easy! And doing it from out-of-town is even harder. But Brianne went above and beyond for our family as we navigated what seemed like an impossible feat. When houses came on the market that interested us, Brianne pre-toured them and even sent us videos of each property to help us determine if they were worth a 2-hour drive to see in person! She did this multiple times, no questions asked. She exceeded our expectations when it came to helping us find the perfect home in the perfect location! I absolutely cannot say enough great things about my family's experience with Brianne! My husband and I were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge of the process, and we had not had much luck house-hunting on our own. Luckily for us, a mutual friend recommended Brianne and we set up a meeting. Brianne is an absolute gem in the real estate world. She is caring and kind, while also being laser focused and aggressive when needed. She was assisting a buyer with a home purchase. The buyer was nervous about an apartment complex coming up across the street. Brianne went the extra mile to get the blueprints for the apartments, and review them with the buyers. After review, the buyers felt comfortable moving forward.
