I decided to use Brianne Howell as my real estate agent based on the recommendation of my sister-in-law’s daughter who had used Brianne the previous year and raved about her. Brianne worked hard to understand my preferences and priorities and never tried to substitute her preferences for mine. She responded promptly to any phone call, email, or text message I sent her. At the time I was looking for a home, I was living 1,000 miles away so walking through potential homes was impossible for me. Brianne walked through several homes providing real-time video and verbal dialogue for me via cell phone software and objectively stating the pros and cons of the houses. She was consistently and relentlessly proactive in looking for a suitable home. If she had not heard from me for a few days she would either email, text, or call me to see if I had any questions or concerns. After my house was under contract she arranged a very thorough inspection and found vendors who gave estimates for any repairs that the inspection flagged. Then she provided lists with websites and phone numbers for starting utilities for the house and contacts for vendors I might need, such as a lawn care specialist and a housekeeper. She also has contacts for general contractors, handymen, interior decorators, and pretty much any other specialist I could need. She still contacts me to ask if I need help with anything. Brianne was significantly different from the agent I used when I bought my other house 25 years ago. My previous agent kept trying to convince me to buy the house style and location that she preferred rather than what I liked and provided me with incorrect information about how property taxes were calculated. She was reluctant to help me find an inspector after signing the contract and was not helpful to me after I closed on the house in finding needed vendors. In summary, I think that Brianne is a superstar real estate agent. I give her my highest rating and recommend her without qualifications. If I need an agent again, I will undoubtedly use Brianne.

My husband and i just purchased our first home in the Columbus area and we couldn't have done it without the help of Brianne at Engel & Volkers. We started thinking about buying a house last year in 2023 but didn’t know if we would be able to afford a house in our ideal price range. Brianne was recommended to us from a family member of mine. She always knew everything about the houses we toured and could give us the pros and cons. We toured about 5 houses together and put offers in on two of those houses. With her help, we now have a house and it’s May. (Like I mentioned, I reached out to her in early April… so we can’t believe we already closed on a house) It was quick but smooth! Brianne made sure we were ahead of the game, just like she always was. I could go on and on about her. She has became more than a realtor to us - she’s now a friend! We had no idea where to start when it came to looking for a house, I was especially clueless! I was so comfortable talking to Brianne about everything and anything. Her hard work and professionalism goes a long way and I think that’s very important in a realtor.
