But minutes into my first conversation with Brianne I could tell there was nothing to fear. Brianne went far above and beyond taking care of selling our home. She stopped by multiple times a week to check on things, she staged it with decor, she held open houses almost every weekend, she even got someone to fix some minor repairs around the house for us, and more. She explained every document that needed filled out so thoroughly that I was able to complete them in minutes. She communicated updates multiple times a week. She was available to answer my questions every day, even evening and weekends. Brianne helped explain the entire process in terms that were understandable. She was absolutely wonderful to work with!

She was so patient with me - we talked about me buying a house for probably three years before I was fully ready and I never felt pressure to move faster. We went to look at houses before I was fully ready to put in an offer and even though we found something I liked, she didn’t make me feel pressured to put in an offer. I’m a first-time home buyer and she educated me on absolutely everything, and she had so many connections to help me learn more. I asked some stupid questions and she always made me feel comfortable, and she really went to bat for me in negotiations! I have a busy schedule and she was so accommodating, she replies to texts and emails almost instantly. Things went so smoothly for me and that is entirely due to how hard she worked for me. Brie is also just such a joy as both an agent and a person - I could not recommend her more!

But Brianne went above and beyond for our family as we navigated what seemed like an impossible feat. When houses came on the market that interested us, Brianne pre-toured them and even sent us videos of each property to help us determine if they were worth a 2-hour drive to see in person! She did this multiple times, no questions asked. She exceeded our expectations when it came to helping us find the perfect home in the perfect location! She was more than a joy to work with and I couldn’t imagine anyone else giving us the attention that she did! I would 100% recommend Brianne to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a home. - Still DeubellI absolutely cannot say enough great things about my family's experience with Brianne! My husband and I were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge of the process, and we had not had much luck house-hunting on our own. Luckily for us, a mutual friend recommended Brianne and we set up a meeting. She was very kind and knowledgable and understood exactly what we wete looking for, so she planned to set us up for a regular email feed of new listings within our parameters. She pulled up a random listing just as an example of what we'd be receiving.... and as crazy as it sounds, that very first listing ended up being the place we fell in love with. - Kellie TolerBrianne is an absolute gem in the real estate world. She is caring and kind, while also being laser focused and aggressive when needed. She has the unique ability to be a calming force, while also "keeping it real" with you, and letting you know when and why things need to be done a particular way. I was an anxious mess during our sale and purchase, and Brianne was there to both hold my hand, and push me along when needed. She has the "it" factor, friendly and passionate, and I simply would not use anyone else to buy or sell a home. One special anecdote about Brianne that I heard (there are many). She was assisting a buyer with a home purchase. The buyer was nervous about an apartment complex coming up across the street. Brianne went the extra mile to get the blueprints for the apartments, and review them with the buyers. After review, the buyers felt comfortable moving forward. This is the type of extra attention Brianne pays to every transaction. I mean it when I say, Brianne cares, and you feel it every step of the way.
